Achareeya PARKMARUK is an Associate Director at URBIS Limited. She is qualified as both an Architect (Thailand) and Urban Designer and has 15 years working experience. Achareeya has worked on and has implemented a broad range of projects at various scales. Achareeya has worked on projects in Hong Kong, China, India and Thailand. Projects for which she has been responsible range from the preparation of urban designs for a range of building types and functions; master layout plans and landscape designs. Achareeya has developed designs for luxury residential developments, thematic resort and hotel developments, and various public and institutional developments. She has hands on experience of taking projects from concept design through to detailed design, tender and construction. Her Hong Kong experience includes the architectural design of institutional developments, the development of landscape and urban design proposals for a range of planning assignments and the development of master layout planning proposals for rail related property development. Key projects included Technical Feasibility Study of Strategic Reposition Planning for Ocean Park, Planning and Urban Design Consultancy for Public Land Acquisition of Central Site 3, Hung Shui Kiu New Development Area, Kai Tak Development Urban Design Guidelines and Manual, and the Territory-wide Study on Underground Space Development.
