André Le Claire is an Associate Director and the Horticultural Team Leader at URBIS Limited with a variety of qualifications related to the field of horticulture and arboriculture. André has over 20 years’ experience providing a broad range of expert horticultural consultancy services including preparation of landscape planting plans, site inspection, technical reporting, contract auditing, tree survey and assessment, plant procurement and installation. André has also been a specialist arboricultural consultant in arboricultural policy and regulation as well as a municipal arborist managing citywide contracts and the public tree asset of a large metropolitan city. André currently manages the URBIS horticultural team in addition to his engagement on specific projects.
